I have a problem with my computer; I am not sure what is wrong with it but it was working fine until

I started to download a free trial of PCTOOLS for viruses (Ps. I also have spysweeper and trend micro antivirus / PC-cillin Antivirus, as well, already) and that's when all went wrong, it went from 90miles per hour to 5 miles per hour (just a figure of speech) so you know what happened, everything now takes very very very long time to down load or even to get to the next page such as yahoo.com and others. Is there a tool out there that anyone can tell me and find out what exactly went wrong with my PC, such a fix my computer problem or find the problem. Please help!! Thanks I already tried Ctrl+ ALT+Delete.

It probably slowed down your computer, because it is scanning for viruses. I don't have this problem with Norton Anti-virus. Could it be that you need to uninstall one of the virus protection that you already have?

Did you reboot after you install the trial. I would also check to see if you need to do an defragment and delete your temp files. Also, check to see how much hard drive you have used. I know the more you have used, the slower your computer will get when there isn't enough room on your disk.

But I figure that all your other stuff is working against each other and you need to pick one or the other.
